The municipality of Valle Gran Rey provides a guide for local and visiting hikers alike to travel across its varied landscapes, from the coast to the summit, in a simple and safe way.
The island of La Gomera has a large network of footpaths categorised and coded in accordance with the Federación Canaria de Montaña (FCM) and the Federación Española de Deportes de Montaña y Escalada (FEDME). This guide also complies with the international standards of the European Ramblers Association (ERA).
Two GR or "Great Route" trails, GR131 and GR132, pass through the municipality of Valle Gran Rey, in addition to three PR trails or minor trails and five secondary PR´s. |
